The experience with C&K was very professional in all respects. Lloyd Martindale (Owner) was very hands on and communicative throughout the entire project. Weekly schedules were created with the homeowner’s personal schedule taken into consideration. Any change orders were fully agreed to so there were no end of project surprises. Also impressive were Betsy Brandenburg or Brandenburg Studios Design who worked closely with us and C&K on the design elements of the project. Overseeing the day to day elements of the project was our project manager Mark Perez. Could not have asked for a more hardworking and professional project manager. Mark continually kept us in the loop on any issues or decisions that had to be made as construction progressed. I would recommend C&K fully. We are very satisfied with the finished product!
